FAQs

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed in the order they’re received. Processing time is usually 2–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they’re shipped. Please note: carrier delays are out of our control.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, in certain cases. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or there’s a quality issue, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter processing. Once we start preparing your order, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds may be issued if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

What size should I order?

Most of our tees are true to size unless stated otherwise. If a specific item runs oversized or fitted, it will be noted in the product description.

What if my package says delivered but I didn’t get it?

Check with neighbors, your mailbox, and your local post office. Once the carrier marks it delivered, we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages. You may file a claim directly with the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and secured online payment options shown at checkout.

How do I contact customer service?
