REFUND POLICY

At Stylish Habitz, we want you to love everything that you order. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it.

Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for issues such as damaged items, incorrect items, or other situations where a refund is deemed appropriate after review. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Some items, including sale, clearance, and accessories may not qualify for refunds.

For standard returns where no error occurred, customers may receive store credit once the item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
